When you create an account, we collect: - Academy name, owner email address, phone number, city - Art forms taught at your academy When you use the platform, we store: - Student names, parent names, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, course details - Attendance records - Fee payment records and receipts - Event details and participant information - Certificate templates you create We do NOT collect passwords in plain text — all passwords are encrypted by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
All data is stored on Supabase — a trusted, enterprise-grade cloud database platform used by thousands of companies worldwide. Supabase uses PostgreSQL with row-level security (RLS), meaning: - Your academy data is completely isolated from all other academies - No other teacher or academy can see your students, fees, or any data - All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using SSL/TLS Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with 99.9% uptime guarantees.
We use your data only to: - Provide the TeachersPA service to you - Send fee reminder messages via WhatsApp (only when you click Send) - Generate receipts and certificates for your students - Show you reports and summaries of your academy We do NOT: - Sell your data to any third party - Share your data with advertisers - Use your student data for any purpose other than providing you the service - Show advertisements inside the platform
Your data belongs to you. We are committed to keeping it safe: - Row-level security ensures strict data isolation between academies - All API requests are authenticated — no anonymous access to your data - Admin access to data is only used for technical support when you request help - We never access your data without your knowledge or permission - All connections to our platform use HTTPS encryption
You have the right to delete your data at any time: - You can deactivate students from within the platform - To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at teacherspa24@gmail.com - We will delete all your data within 7 business days of receiving your request - After deletion, your data cannot be recovered
TeachersPA uses the following trusted third-party services: - Supabase — Database and authentication (supabase.com) - Vercel — Website hosting (vercel.com) - Razorpay — Payment processing for subscriptions (razorpay.com) - WhatsApp — For sending reminders (messages are sent from your device, not our servers) Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security standards. We have chosen them specifically for their reliability and security.
When you send fee reminders or receipts via WhatsApp: - Messages are sent directly from your device using the WhatsApp app - We do not store the content of WhatsApp messages - We do not have access to your WhatsApp account - Student phone numbers are stored securely in your account and used only to pre-fill the WhatsApp message link
TeachersPA offers: - 30-day free trial — no credit card required - Starter plan: Rs499/month - Growth plan: Rs999/month - Pro plan: Rs1,799/month Subscription payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at teacherspa24@gmail.com. After cancellation, your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period.
TeachersPA uses session cookies only for authentication purposes — to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
TeachersPA is designed for academy teachers and administrators. While student data (names, courses) may be stored on behalf of academy teachers, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All student data is entered and managed by the academy teacher.
If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account. Continued use of TeachersPA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
